"Frank, I want to thank you for all the hard work you put in to helping me sell my home. I thought I was pretty savvy staging my home but you came in, tweaked and made it perfect. And the photographer you selected made my house look so good, I wanted to put in an offer. By promptly returning phone calls and e-mails, you made the home selling experience quite simple for me. Thank you for presenting all the offers in the Excel spreadsheet. I still can’t believe how quickly it sold! The entire experience and the final sale exceeded my expectations. Your professionalism showed through, right from the beginning. I would recommend your services to anyone selling their home. Can’t wait to start shopping for a new one."
For Frank, real estate isn’t just about houses. It’s about building community. The Bakers are active members of their church, their two children attended Comal ISD schools, and Frank’s passion for ministry leads him to serve the homeless and underprivileged in the community.
