• Enter your name and email (Facebook or Gmail login works too)
• Choose your lakes, price range, and property type
• Submit the form and you’re set

Your alert will automatically notify you when new listings hit the market—including off-market and coming-soon opportunities we often discover before national sites like Zillow or Realtor.com.

Managing Multiple Saved Searches

Already have alerts set up? Your dashboard makes it easy to modify or remove old searches.

• Log in and you’ll be taken straight to your Saved Searches tab
• If you have duplicates or outdated searches, simply click Delete
• To update an existing search, click Run Search or the search title
• Adjust your filters (lake, price, property type, etc.) and click Update Search

Pro Tip: Renaming your search (for example, “Lake LBJ + Dunlap Waterfront”) keeps everything organized when you’re tracking multiple lakes.
